FLCreatives Free Software Night

For educating nonprofits, small businesses, artists and creatives of
all kinds about free, open-source and cheap software alternatives to
the more expensive mainstream options. Not only what they are and why
you should use them, but how they can get support as well.

I was thinking about taking up the offer from our friends over at the
History Center, since that's across the street from our informal home
base at Crooked Bayou.

We can call the Ubuntu guys, the Programming user groups, the Linux
kids, etc. Who knows OpenOffice? Does anyone local support it?

Can we plant the free wi-fi seed at this event as well? Do we sell
table space?

Just thoughts.
