Why an improv festival?

This is a great opportunity for local Orlando audiences to (1) see several out-of-town groups from across the country, (2) experience new forms and styles of improv and (3) get familiar with the local groups they may not know about, all in one spot! The real question is, "Why NOT an improv festival?" Cities across the US of Orlando's size have improv festivals, why not Orlando? The local talent base is rich. And, an improv festival is one of many ways to get Orlando onto the national improv scene.
