Florida Creatives - Creating a Community of Innovation

I was talking with Pete McAlindon, the creator of a product called the orbiTouch, and a Central Florida entreprener today, and he mentioned something interesting.

He says the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce wants to make itself more friendly to entrepreneurs and startups. I showed him our Florida Creatives YouNoodle group.

He also pointed to a really interesting site: Boulder.me - it's pretty neat, and it makes me want to check out Boulder for sure.

Pete wonders how Orlando can make itself that attractive to entrepreneurs and startups. We have all the right ingredients, we're just lacking the blinking lights and sparks.
