Paladin is in search of a hybrid Web Developer, with design skills for a direct-hire role with one of our global education clients located in Orlando, FL.

In this role, the Designer/Developer will be responsible for working on (and with) the creative team to create and optimize the marketing efforts across various channels – web, email, videos and microsites.


Location: Orlando, FL

Type: Direct-Hire

Salary: $40-60K, depending on years of experience

·       Interface with marketing, IT, and creative team to understand concepts and facilitate production of marketing objectives

·       Work on front-end content and media applications

·       Elegantly design, develop, and support standards-compliant user interfaces and front-end code

·       Review and proof each stage of the production life cycle to check for accuracy and consistency, ensuring that all copy, design, and programming objectives are met

·       Evangelize Web interaction design best practices

·       Understand business goals, develop innovative solutions, and identify issues and risks

·       Participate in application deployment and maintenance releases

·       Evaluate and respond to change requests and bug tickets

·       Communicate status and identify issues affecting overall ability to complete tasks within agreed schedules in a timely manner

·       Update, edit, resize, offline media (print ads, brochures, and direct mail) as needed



  • Associates degree is Design, Digital Design, Fine Art or the equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years of web site design/production experience
  • Fluent in Adobe CS4
  • Knowledge of HTML, Javascript, SQL and PHP
  • Knowledge of content management systems – such as Wordpress
