Chad Cameron

About Me

Name:
Chad Cameron
Bio:
I dove in head first as freelancer after graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University with a BFA in Communication Arts and Design. I lived in Richmond, VA and then Atlanta before joining the dotcom craziness of San Francisco in '98. As the fallout fell out, I went back to school and got an MFA in Illustration from the Academy of Art University where I now teach online. In the fall of 2011, life brought me to Orlando where I’ve endeavored to uncover a city in the shadow of a famous mouse. Over the last 17 years, I’ve been really lucky to have worked with some great clients in a wide variety of markets including corporate, editorial, advertising, package design, educational and children's picturebooks, just to name a few!
Skills:
illustration, storyboarding, graphic design, branding, web design, mobile app design, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, project management, logo design, drawing, painting, children's books.
Interests:
design of all types, fine art, music of all types (listening and playing!), illustration, socially responsible design, eco-conscious/green design.

February 7th

Rick Short

About Me

Name:
Rick Short
Bio:
Hi my name is Rick and I am a Computer Programmer, fine art painter and photographer specializing in Children’s Art, Seascapes and Southwest Art. I was recruited to move to Florida to work in the iT field and have worked at companies all over the state developing websites, writing software applications, QA testing, technical writing and client / server side programming. I’m a builder and designer at heart so I am always making things and coming up with new ideas. I always have ideas that I jot down in my notepad to create using digital photography, photoshop, or paint on my canvas or poster board. I love to paint seascapes and southwest art as well as wildlife animals and people portraits. My style of work is photo-realism and sometimes impressionistic. I have won awards with my photography but my real passion is painting and being able to create something I envision. To see more of my work, visit www.zazzle.com/ScenicEarthStudios or my website, www.ScenicEarth.com. Thanks for stopping by and come back soon. If you need to contact me directly, you can always reach me at RickShort3D@yahoo.com.
