Brian Feldman rides his and Walt Disney’s favorite attraction at the Magic Kingdom® Park, Carousel of Progress, for 11 consecutive hours (approximately 31 times in a row); in honor of the 35th anniversary of its opening at Magic Kingdom® on January 15, 1975.
Carousel of Progress is notable for being the only attraction at Walt Disney World® that Walt Disney himself rode. At the 1964 New York World’s Fair, which Brian’s dad attended, Carousel of Progress changed everything; and Brian believes that without it, Orlando would be a very different place.

Brian Feldman Projects is Central Florida’s premiere presenter of experimental time-based art. Dinners on stage with real life families, leaping off ladders for 24 hours, group tours in Google translated Swedish through IKEA®, rotating between each scene around the stage mechanically within the outer part of the theater building - this is what we do.

I'm getting really sick of hearing about these Brian Feldman projects.
I'm suppose I'm glad that there's someone out there doing this kind of stuff, but I don't want to hear about it.
Every time Brian Feldman decides to fart, I get 2 new listings in my feed reader. It's almost enough for me to unsubscribe.

You may not be alone. I am a big fan of experimentation, but I do feel Brian is doing lots of this work.
Maybe it is a performance to bombard us with social media messages?

Participant: I don’t know if there’s a way to turn off event announcements from certain site members such as myself. Ryan? Work that Drupal magic!
Ryan: I think one of the bigger problems I tend make is the comparison of my work to sports, specifically to basketball (since I live in Orlando and that sport constitutes the city’s preeminent (non-tourist specific) entertainment option). Consider that the Orlando Magic basketball team plays 82 games in a season (41 of them home games + potential playoff games), with all of their events being essentially the same: minor variations. My output (the number of projects or “performances”) isn’t even close to that; aside from that fact that everything is completely different! So I don’t entirely see what the problem is with the number of events I’m continually working towards realizing. Nobody ever seems to complain about the number of Magic games. Does any of that make sense? I usually confuse myself when trying to successfully make that sort of incorrect sports-art comparison/case/argument.
In any event, I probably don’t need to be posting these projects of mine on Florida Creatives. However, due to it being a truly local site and me being a truly local creative, it wouldn’t make sense to not use the resource available. It’s so easy to use, it’s a wonder to me why more creatives don’t! Anyway, it’s sort of nice to know I’m not the only person reading this stuff.
Brian, I don't ever want you
Brian,
I don't ever want you to stop posting your events to this site. Ever.
I am constantly amazed at your energy, and your desire to unleash all of your ideas on us. I fully expect you to continually give us a full account of Orlando's major twists and turns with a series of counter-events. From the closing of a Lynx bus route to the end of TV and the incredible shrinking Orlando Sentinel, you're really the zeitgeist of Orlando.
Maybe we'll just have to build you your own site...
You should apply to the DrupalCamp Coding for a Cause and see if the local Drupal users would like to create a site for you. Technically, we're seeking non-profit organizations, but there's no harm in applying.
