Last night was a hit!
Without performing an official audit, I'd say we had more than 20 people at the Happy Hour last night. When I first arrived, I proved again that the Crooked Bayou is a great home for our event, because I saw someone I know who wasn't even there for our event. This happens every single time we're there, and I just love the gravity that place has.
Some people have been leaving their comments over on the event announcement post, including a guy who didn't show up.
Big thanks to the people from SomaCow Media for bringing most of their crew out - I think our group has a decided lean towards podcasting now, with myself Liberatr, Mark Baratelli and John Rife there last night... Now if we can just get the Radio Rickshaw guys out there, the Orlando Podcasting Empire will have a place to meet at long last.
I also want to send a shout out to Phil and Robert, our other Florida Creatives "virgins" from last night.
Wow, I guess at this point, I should just plug everyone's website... maybe I will come up with an easy way to do that in the future... use the sign-in sheet as a template for the evening/day after post here so everyone who was there gets represented... thoughts on that?
Thanks to Jason and Meagan, Gregg, Chris and Julie, Denna, Eric, and anyone else I may have missed. To anyone who couldn't make it or those curious types out there, you missed a great 3 hours' time on a Monday evening with some of the most ambitious, outgoing, warm, and otherwise awesome people in Orlando.

I'll be back in town after July 16th. Let me know when the next event is, and Radio Rickshaw will be proud to be there. The Orlando Podcast Empire will drink and drink much at crooked bayou!!! I'm so excited about this, can't wait to meet the rest of you guys!
By the way, although we're not gay, one of us definetly has a crush on Ryan Price. I won't say who..... see you at crooked!
